The following policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases made through the websites, applications, and services operated by Media Pantheon, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read it carefully.
Overview
Refunds are granted only in the limited circumstances set out below. Because our offerings are primarily digital services and deliverables tailored to each client, most purchases are non-refundable once work has begun or assets have been delivered.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if both of the following are true:
- The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase (the “Refund Window”); and
- No final deliverable, download link, or live deployment has been provided
Once a final deliverable is transmitted or deployed, the order is considered fulfilled and becomes ineligible for refund.
Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions
The following are
not eligible for refund:
- Custom design, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), development, or accessibility services after project kickoff
- Domain-registration, hosting, or licensing fees paid to third-party providers on your behalf
- Rush-order surcharges, consultation retainers, or milestone payments already rendered
- Any product or service expressly marked “non-refundable” at checkout
How to Request a Refund
Send us a message using the contact form from the website and include the following information:
- Order number or invoice ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Proof of payment
We will acknowledge your email within 5 business days and may request additional information to verify the claim.
Review & Decision Timeline
Refund requests are evaluated within
7 business days of receiving complete documentation. Approval or denial will be confirmed in writing. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment; processing
by your bank or card issuer can take up to 10 additional business days.
Partial Refunds & Account Credits
Where only a portion of a multi-phase service has been delivered, Media Pantheon, Inc. may, at its discretion, issue a pro-rated refund or account credit equal to the undelivered portion of the work.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first following the steps in Section 4 (How to request a refund) violates this policy. We reserve the right to dispute unfounded chargebacks and may suspend or terminate your access to current or future services.
Governing Law
These policy and any dispute arising under or related thereto will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
