About the Role:
We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist with expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management, along with strong sales and client acquisition skills. You will work closely with our CEO/CTO and a highly skilled team to run data-driven campaigns aimed at generating revenue and acquiring new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
- Optimize landing pages and ad creatives for higher conversions.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content.
- Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities through marketing strategies.
- Manage lead generation and follow up with potential clients.
- Use Google Analytics and other tools to track and adjust campaign performance.
- Write and edit high-converting marketing copy.
- Collaborate with the development team for website performance alignment.
- Attend daily Google Meet meetings and share progress live.

- Marketing Tools Expertise: Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Mailchimp.
- Website Knowledge: Basic experience with WordPress and Elementor.
- Excellent English Communication.
- Full-time availability with daily Google Meet attendance.
