Job Summary
We’re seeking a talented Photo & Video Editor to join our creative team. You’ll work with our CEO/CTO and creative teams to turn raw footage and imagery into compelling visual stories. This role requires real-world editing experience, template work or coursework doesn’t qualify. Bring sharp timing, storytelling instincts, and a portfolio that proves it.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver high-quality video and photo content for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and branded storytelling.
- Work from raw footage and imagery to craft compelling narratives through precise cuts, transitions, color grading, and audio syncing.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and videographers to bring visual concepts to life through polished post-production.
- Maintain an organized archive of visual assets, applying proper file naming, version control, and metadata tagging.
- Stay current with editing trends, storytelling formats, and post-production tools to enhance our creative output.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Editing Experience: Show us polished work from real-world projects, such as client campaigns, commercial edits, branded videos, or professional photo treatments.
- Technical Mastery: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and other industry-standard tools.
- Narrative Skill: Able to shape raw footage and static images into clear, engaging visual stories that connect with audiences.
- Visual Versatility: Comfortable editing across formats, from vertical reels and social content to longer-form web and promotional videos.
- Organizational Precision: Experience managing large batches of files, timelines, and delivery specs with speed and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with creatives, marketers, and project leads in a fast-paced environment.
