Key Responsibilities
- Attend client meetings to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
- Build strong rapport with prospects and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Attract and qualify leads through outreach, referrals, and inbound interest.
- Collaborate with the CEO and dev team to craft high-impact proposals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain clear, timely follow-ups.

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to build trust, handle objections, and close value-driven deals.
- 2+ years of sales experience is appreciated but not required if you have the skill.
- Experience in a web development, technology, or digital agency environment is a must.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with leadership.
- As this is a client-facing role, you must be comfortable keeping your camera on during client meetings.
- Our regular work is conducted on Google Meet, and you must agree to share your entire screen during your working hours.
