About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. You will work directly with our CEO/CTO and our amazing developers to optimize websites for search engines and improve overall performance. This role is for individuals with real-world, hands-on experience in executing SEO strategies—not theoretical knowledge or certifications without practical application.

Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues affecting search engine rankings.
Analyze traffic and performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Collaborate with developers to optimize site structure and performance.
Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
