About the Role:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with expertise in graphic design to join our team of highly skilled professionals. You will work closely with our CEO/CTO and our other extremely talented developers to design visually appealing interfaces and create high-quality graphics using tools like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. This role demands hands-on experience with real-world projects, not tutorial-based or theoretical examples.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand design requirements, user behavior, and goals.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that prioritize user engagement and conversions.
  • Design custom graphics and visual assets to enhance user interfaces and marketing materials.
  • Test and iterate designs based on analytics, feedback, and A/B testing.
  • Stay updated on design trends and tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and responsive design standards.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and A/B testing.
