About the Role:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with expertise in graphic design to join our team of highly skilled professionals. You will work closely with our CEO/CTO and our other extremely talented developers to design visually appealing interfaces and create high-quality graphics using tools like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. This role demands hands-on experience with real-world projects, not tutorial-based or theoretical examples.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand design requirements, user behavior, and goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that prioritize user engagement and conversions.
- Design custom graphics and visual assets to enhance user interfaces and marketing materials.
- Test and iterate designs based on analytics, feedback, and A/B testing.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Requirements:
- Proven Hands-On Experience: Demonstrate live projects with functional results. We are not looking for tutorial-based or coursework-driven work.

- Familiarity with analytics tools and A/B testing.
