At Media Pantheon, Inc., we value transparency and professionalism in every service we provide. This Refund Policy explains our approach to payments and refunds for services rendered through our Website at https://mediapantheon.com. By purchasing services from us, you agree to the terms set forth below.
All payments made to Media Pantheon, Inc. are final. We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to cases where a client changes business direction, cancels a project after work has commenced, or expresses dissatisfaction after services have been delivered. Our policy applies across all service categories, including website development, web design, web accessibility, cybersecurity, hosting, and digital infrastructure solutions.
This policy reflects the fact that our services are labor-intensive, highly customized, and require significant allocation of resources once initiated. Once work has begun, both time and expertise have already been invested, and those efforts cannot be reversed or resold.
While cash refunds are not available, Media Pantheon, Inc. is committed to client satisfaction and quality assurance. If you believe that services delivered do not meet documented project requirements or specifications, you may request a review of the work. We will assess the request and, at our discretion, may provide reasonable adjustments, corrections, or modifications to bring deliverables in line with the agreed scope of work.
These remedies are provided as a demonstration of our professional commitment to results, not as an admission of fault or obligation to refund. Adjustments do not extend to changes in client preferences, additional work outside the agreed project scope, or revisions requested after approval milestones have been met.
Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable. When a deposit is paid, it secures scheduling, resource allocation, and project initiation on our part. This often includes reserving developer time, project planning, and system setup. Because these commitments involve costs before full project execution, deposits cannot be reversed.
Advance payments toward larger projects are also non-refundable. These payments reflect contractual commitments and the start of performance under an agreement. Clients are encouraged to review proposals and scopes carefully before authorizing work.
If a project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, the client remains responsible for all costs incurred up to the date of cancellation. Any unpaid balances for work completed must be settled in full within the agreed payment terms. No credit or refund will be issued for services already delivered or time already expended.
In cases where project cancellation occurs before significant work has been performed, we may, at our discretion, allow the client to apply unused funds as a credit toward future services. However, such credits are time-limited and must be used within six months of issuance. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
Attempting to reverse a valid charge through a bank or credit card chargeback is considered a violation of this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service. Media Pantheon, Inc. reserves the right to dispute any chargeback requests with supporting documentation of services rendered. Clients initiating unwarranted chargebacks may have their accounts suspended
and may be held liable for costs incurred in dispute resolution.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to override mandatory consumer protections. In jurisdictions where specific refund, cancellation, or cooling-off rights are required by law, Media Pantheon, Inc. will comply with those obligations.
For example, consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom may have statutory cancellation rights for certain digital services that have not yet commenced. Similarly, Australian consumers retain rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights will be honored to the extent they apply, although once service delivery has begun with client consent, refund rights may no longer be available under those frameworks.
Although cash refunds are not part of our policy, Media Pantheon, Inc. is committed to delivering high-quality services with transparency, accountability, and technical excellence. We invest in strong client communication, milestone approvals, and documented deliverables to minimize disputes and ensure satisfaction. Clients are encouraged to engage with us openly during projects to address concerns promptly.
This Refund Policy and any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to payments, services, or refund requests are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.
Any disputes will be handled by the state and federal courts located in Delaware. By using our services and making payments through our Website, you agree that these courts have authority to resolve any matter connected to this Refund Policy.
If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, mandatory legal protections available in your jurisdiction, such as consumer rights in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Australia, will continue to apply to the extent required by law.
If you have any questions about this Refund Policy or believe that exceptional circumstances should be reviewed, you may contact Media Pantheon, Inc. through the Contact Us form on our Website. We evaluate all inquiries in good faith and respond in a timely, professional manner.
